In providing our Services we are also regularly given information relating to attendees on training programmes we provide and participant pre course questionnaires to help us design training content, as well as evaluation forms from participants to help us assess the effectiveness of training programmes. Where such participant information is provided we will treat this information with the same level of privacy protection and confidentiality as for any person registering their details with M-Training. Co.UK.Ltd. Where information is provided on participants by Client organisations we will assume that such information has been provided with the consent of the relevant individual.

In dealing with you, if you provide personal information relating to the activities of M-Training.Co.UK.Ltd to e- mail addresses other than those with a @m-training.co.uk suffix or an electronic messaging service or via social media platforms any personal information that we receive which was sent to other addresses will be subject to the same level of privacy and data protection and confidentiality as for electronic communications provided directly to M-Training.Co.UK.Ltd.

Personal information will also be held on marketing material provided by third party organisations and in publications (in paper and / or electronic form).

We also will use marketing Services such as MailChimp and data analytics Services such as Google Analytics.
