Programme Levels
Suitability of individual programmes depends on participants’ experience. Wherever possible participants on training courses should have similar experience .
The following is an indication of what I find to be generally appropriate in terms of structuring programmes.
Level 1 programmes: 0 – 12 months finance related experience.
Level 2 programmes: 12 – 24 months finance related experience.
Level 3 programmes: More than 24 months finance related experience.
For more specialist finance programmes participants should have at least 6 months experience in the relevant or a closely related area.
